Last July 4, 5, and 6, my family and I went on a 3 day trip up in Northern California. I got to see my cousins Dylan, Jacklyn, Alyssa, and Nathan, plus, my Uncles Tom and Joe, and my Aunts Joyce and Sandy. We went horseback riding, played ping pong, and just relaxed while doing our own thing. While my family stayed at my Uncle Joe's and Auntie Sandy's house, I stayed at my Uncle Tom's and Auntie Joyce's house, with Dylan, my favorite cousin that I rarely ever see.
When we went horseback riding, my Dad got the toughest horse, Lucky, and I got the 2nd toughest horse, Casper. He would never really listen to me if I tell him to stop, except when everybody else stops. I got really frustrated, yet it was my favorite part of the trip. We just rode the horses for an hour, slow walking trip to just relax and have fun. In some books I've read, I always read that whenever someone who's not an experienced rider almost always gets aches in their bottom. But, my bottom never ached, and only the adults' bottoms did.
When we woke up and got ready, we would play some ping pong. I have only done it once, but I still made through it even though Dylan has had practice. Sometimes Dylan and his mom/dad play with each other and I watch, seeing how much better they are than I am. But, just yesterday, we got our own ping pong table! My dad and my sister just set it up yesterday night. No offence to anyone in my family, but I think I can beat my sisters because I have been playing and practicing with Dylan.
Sometimes, we would just hang out and do our own stuff in the morning, such as watching Netflix and Youtube, playing Yu-Gi-Oh together, or playing on the iPad, Kindle Fire, 3DS XL, or the computer. We could play minecraft together and help with each others' worlds.
This has been one of the best vacations ever and I would want to do it again! I miss Dylan, but even if we Facetime together, it's still not he same. I still play Yu-Gi-Oh with him while Facetiming, so that's at least something. Why don't we always go to Cupertino?
